Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for the users you invite to your workspace.

Plans are offered on the Starter, Professional, and Enterprise tiers, billed monthly or annually, with optional additional-facility add-ons. Annual plans are billed up front. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the start of the next billing period unless stated otherwise.

Do not use the platform to store unlawful content, attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, reverse engineer the application, or upload material you do not have the right to share.

You retain ownership of the documents, evidence, and records you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and analyse that content in order to provide the platform's features, including AI document mapping and readiness scoring.

AuditAndy uses AI to interpret documents, suggest requirement mappings, and produce readiness insights. These outputs are decision support, not a certification, legal opinion, or guarantee of audit outcomes. You remain responsible for reviewing and validating results before relying on them.

We work to keep the service available and may update features, interfaces, or these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or non-payment, with notice where practical.
